These are the four places we've been on vacation in the last year. Which doesn't belong?

Mt Baker:

Termas de Chillan:

The gondola:

The 4th one because it's the only one that has a gondola.

Clockwise from...
Top Left = Hunter Mtn, Eastside Drive
Top Right = Burke Mtn, East Bowl
Bottom Right = Berkshire East, East Glades
Bottom Left = Butternut, some trail that does not have "East" in the name and therefore does not belong.

Great guess! But that's The Cliff at Hunter. It is East Bowl at Burke though. Of course, that's East Glade at BEast. The Butternut trail is Upper Applejack.

All right, one final hint that should give it away. The reason three of those ski areas have something in common probably would mean very little to anyone that doesn't frequent this forum often.

Is it Burke because they were the only one to respond to the AlpineZone challenge in 2006 or Butternut because they were the only ones not to respond in 2004.

Good guess, but nope.

The other 3 dont have the hell advertised out of them like Burke by Trailboss? Haha... jk.

Is the Cliff the only one you've ever gotten on video?

Funny thing is if you think broader than these two suggestions, you'll get it. In a weird way, it's sort of like HPD's last one with the Olympics venue. Operative word being "venue"...

...and JimG. strolls in and bogarts the correct answer! ;) To my knowledge, there has never been an "official" AZ gathering at Butternut.

Next?

It's disturbing that I actually know which mountains have hosted AZ gatherings.
