My first honeymoon was at GrayRocks resort near Tremblanc. Learned to ski with the wife by day, practiced reproduction by night. Traded her in on a new shaped model in 94!

50/50 Honeymoon.

Left for 1 week in Antigua @4AM the night of our wedding, then a second in NH, used the family place as headquarters and hit Loon(2), Waterville(2), Gstock(1).

I posted this on a different thread a few weeks ago..........

My wife and I (at the time both in our early thirties) quit our jobs and for our extended honeymoon we skied all season at the Bird; best thing I ever did. We also spent five weeks in the spring traveling out west.

Got engaged in Lake Tahoe and skied the day after I got back from my honeymoon, but as for the honeymoon itself, the closest thing was one of the water parks at Disney called Blizzard Beach. They have an old Hall triple that's slow as hell, but was kind of neat to ride to the top of the slides.

I had a sorta skiing honeymoon.

5 Days in Arizona - wife ran the Phoenix marathon.
5 Days in Utah - seeing various canyons and listening to wife complain about how sore her legs were.
5 Days in Cottonwood Canyons - skiing while my wife sat around in the lodge. Then she listened to me complain about how sore my legs were.

Running a marathon on one's honeymoon is not the best move. Really messes with at least one of the critical honeymoon activities.

She ran the marathon the 3rd day of honeymoon. For the next week, her muscles hurt so badly that she could barely walk. I had to help her up/down stairs and getting in and out of the car.

You take a guess...

Got engaged in MRV and had a powder weekend at Sugarbush.

Honeymoon is still ?. Latest idea is Crete or another Greek island. I like that one....

I will do you all one better, Randi & I skied on the morning of our wedding day. And it was HER idea to forego a traditional wedding and run up to VT and get married during a long ski weekend.

Wedding #1 was at Killington in May. I skied Superstar the day before but it was pouring so none of us went out on that Saturday. The honeymoon was a Med cruise so no skiing happened.

We were skiing in Chile two weeks before Wedding #2. We kinda inverted the wedding and honeymoon.
