I do live 15 min away and I will not go..... well, probably not.... ;-)

I think it needs to be an annual right of passage for you. Maybe you can get 3 runs in this year....

i'd be way more interested in the tubing then the skiing. torch a few, couple o shots and let it rip.

I went tubing at cannon a few years ago, it was a freakin blast.

by the looks of it, you be able to get at LEAST 5 moguls in there. lol.

No way dude. 8 bumps easy and then a kicker at the bottom with a nice soft grass landing.

Tubing is fun..I'm not that good at it so I think I'm going to take some tubing lessons at Blue mountain this season..

As for the credit cards, not to go down that road, but it's a violation of credit card policy to charge different prices for cash-vs-credit transactions. I have a home business and can process credit cards; this was made very clear to me. I know the gas stations are getting around this right now by claiming they're offering a cash discount (and this is sanctioned by the state), but it seems a risky move on the ski area's part... new trend?

Totally dependent on your credit card processor. It's their agreement with the merchant that governs this.

Most credit card processors include that language in their agreements because they don't want anyone to be discouraged from using their plastic, because when the customer uses cash, the processor doesn't see a cut of that transaction. By making the merchant charge the same, they're upping the chances that each sale will be CC based and not cash.

However, I'm sure if you looked long enough, you could probably find a credit card processor who didn't include that language in their agreement (or has a modified version allowing you to overcharge by a certain percent or amount).

And like almost anything in life... it's negotiable.

There are some snowboarders shredding the gnar. I'm not sure, but I think I saw Grassi waving at the webcam... ;)

Don't they rent skis?

Their rental stock is as old as you ALLSKIING. ;-) Seriously, their rental fleet is pretty beat up from what I remember. Guy who sold me my hand written lift ticket in the lodge was smoking a cig as he helped me...
