This just made me so sad...

This winter has pushed my cold running limits to a new low. I was out in -1 with a -13 windchill last weekend. My hands are really the only thing that gets cold, I had to pull out my ski mittens.

I went without a helmet for a while without incident. The first day I wore my helmet I slammed the back of my head and face planted. I'm a fan of the Red helmets. Good to know about the visors.

Group trip to Stowe, tomorrow. I've never been there. What are your favorite trails? I like moguls :)

Mainly tickets, possibly both. That is a good deal, K57, when should I look out for those? Do you get the email deals through their newsletter or...? I usually just use Liftopia. As far as lodging goes, not picky, just need it to be clean.

Just make sure it has a clip on the back that has a snap on the other end for your goggles. I have a red helmet I really like, but it has an open clip and my goggles always fly off... My husband has a nice Giro with goggle strap grooves and a nice clip.

Does Killington ever have any good deals for 1-2 days, I never really see any and it's so expensive...

I took a handful of large group lessons, at Wachusett Mt in MA, that ranged from so-so to not so helpful. I found a good package deal for lesson, rental and ticket to take my brother to Gunstock for his second lesson ever and we really lucked out. They only had a beginner/first time group and...
