YouTube......Sugarbush live
I don't understand why the cams are so poorly run. I used to ski Mammoth pretty regularly, and they had/have some great cams, where the viewer could take control of one and point it/zoom it at will. Sugarbush can't even seem to have simple cams run without glitching.

$630k. For a two bedroom. Yikes.
$600 a s/f plus almost $10K in HOA and taxes - its not a starter home but done up nicely- Pisten Bully alone worth the price. Wonder how much and how long ago they purchased? Another reason to have libation locations open a little later than 6- just a walk home. They really need more base accommodations to support later nights I guess. They won't cost less than this though. Assume furnished?

Mak, I guess you have not been in the real estate game up lately. Snow creek is right on the hill next to the Valley House and is true ski in ski out. Compared to Clay Brook, Rice Brook and Gad Brooke it is a bargain and actually the going rate. They have been coming on the market and closing in a month at that price.

I was just talking to some one. One is closing at $670 and there is another one for sale.

Oh I know where it is, but thanks for letting others know. It just surprised me.

Kind of odd to have the toy piston bully and the hot cocoa sign as a feature in your listing - just sayin
I was thinking the same thing. :sneaky: It was also weird to see the pic of the dining room wall posters. Or the "Cozy" wall art pic. The couch cushions! Lots of pics of that distressed wood floor. Wood wood wood! Winter pics would be helpful, and now there's snow on the ground, the listing agent should get out there and get more pics showing the ski slope access point.

But that's just me and my opinion. If this place is in such high demand, none of this matters.

Honestly neither strike me as odd...although if they're featuring them like that in the photos, I'd expect they're included with the sale :)

Rode the lift at Copper today with a bunch of GMVS kids on the lift at Copper today. They are there for 2 weeks.
Yup, GMVS went West, Stratton Mountain School went East to Hintertux in Austria. Pretty standard stuff for all of the big name ski academies, that cost big $$ to go to, to be on snow somewhere in the world, this time of year, often after have been on snow for a few other multiple week camps out West at Mount Hood or the Glaciers of Europe or in the Southern Hemisphere in either Chile or New Zeland since May...

Their older athletes they trying and have on snow for 2 weeks or so every 6 to 8 weeks or so during the "non ski season" in the Northeast. Its quite the commitment those coaches, athletes, and parents make
