What is wrong with your Mantras? I sense gear envy....

nothing wrong with the Mantra's, in fact i love em. Looking for over 100 under foot, wood core and not cap construction. These seem to fit the bill. Yes some gear envy....I NEED A NEW POWDER BOARD......NOW

I'm thinking about mounting the Dukes.

Damn cheap indeed. I thought about it. Ultimately, i want more sidecut than those skis provide and the slightly narrow 94 of this year seems a touch softer and more nimble. Still, for that price.... jeez.

LOL. Who the heck is Imelda Marcos?

I did not buy any skis last season. I have picked up two pair in the past two years really cheap that did not become part of my regular quiver but it has been two years since a major purchase. I am pretty dialed into what I like at this point, I just need to replace the Bigs with something a bit more everyday for powder days whereas the Bigs don't excel in tree skiing powder. Just not a good tight tree deep powder ski.

Hehe. Check it out.

Anyway... you might consider this deal: 2007 Public Enemy for $260

That is probably what I'll be remounting my Freeride's on for this season. And don't worry, I'll still keep around my neon green-base Cut's... I think they'll be my bump ski :D
