I was just comparing various years to this year to see if I could come up with a year that had a thaw similar to the one we just had (Mansfield lost roughly 23 inches of snow at the stake this week). As luck would have it, exactly 10 years ago the snow depth curves for the YTD are almost EXACTLY the same. Very interesting...

Hopefully we can recover in a similar fashion, but I don't want to see the snow melt THAT quickly in March.

So we're about due to get blasted. I can do without the quick melt-off though.

I suppose you're right. The funny part is, I'm not even going to be in VT again before the snow is gone. And for some reason, I keep worrying about these things anyway.......
