Hey all,

Does anybody have any Valentines day plans??? Since I'm only dating somebody casually..I have nothing up. In the past I'd drop a couple bills on my ex on flowers, Victorias secret, and a romantic dinner. I personally prefer steak and BJ day which is in March. Some people on PASR are saying that tonight is a great night to pick up desperate single women so I might go out..or I might just stay in after skiing and grill up some....food..and drink some beer. If you have a short minute...tell us what you have up for V-day.

I got the steak date. I believe its March 20th the start of spring.

Did flowers. Just picked up a prime rib to cook for dinner. Small arrangement of flowers for my daughter as well. A family night more than date night.

Let's see Mexican take-out (it has become a V-Day staple for us), some cabernet for the wife, and some grennery for me. After dinner we will probably take turns holding the baby. Gonna be a great night.

Candlelit dinner @ Chez Phillipe , followed by a flick .

Then later she opens her Vday presents: an Off White reversible ski vest patterned one side , fleece on other with a matching off white sweater with a zip up fleece lined collar.

Hit the gym, not know what to do for dinner, read to the kid while putting her to bed, watch Lost.

We don't do Hallmark holidays.

We don't do Hallmark holidays.

and if Valentine's day wasn't enough, they had to come up with 'Sweetest Day'. I had never heard of it until I moved to Ohio where it was just as big as Valentine's day.

While I'm not much for the holiday, if you're in the Food and Beverage industry, Valentine's is a day to look forward to $$$$$

Your Point. Pony up and shut up Dork...

 She is worth it.:flag:

No doubt she's worth it.

But to take an example - you pay twice is much for shittier flowers. And Ty, being an excellent gardener knows that. So I just buy some chocolates (she loves Dark chocolates) and flowers can come anytime during the rest of the year...

But, she's definitely worth it.. Right honey????? :)

Leaving the wife home and going skiing!

I'm just going to have to make up for it this weekend. Did you know they are calling it "Friendship day" at the schools now.
