Warren and I took the advise of the owners of the motel we stayed in to check out the worlds largest snow woman in Bethel and we did just that on saturday night right after the end of the snowstorm. She stands 122' 1" tall:

The Snow Woman is very visible from the Mt. Abram chair lift. Bethel is a few miles from Mt. Abram but it is quite a remarkable sight... as nothing in Bethel is that tall of course!

The town was still in the construction process when we drove past her last month and they were bringing in snow from all over town. Now they have entirely too much snow:)

We saw her this past weekend - wow. The arms are full-sized trees and the eyelashes are skis.

I'll bet security has been involved to keep her anatomically incorrect.

Yeah I drove by that Thursday. I'm so stupid I didn't even notice it until I wondered what all the people on the side of the road were looking at.

I am not sure what that is but it ain't no women. Looks to me like a really bad cross dresser. Doesn't anyone in Maine study anatomy. It needs some Italian artistic expression or something.

Just for reference. This is a women

Looking okay on the live webcam despite the clouds and, er, unfrozen precip...

Apparently her name is "Olympia", after Maine senator Olympia Snowe. She takes the tallest snowperson record from "Angus, King of the Mountain" which was also built in Bethel in 1999 and named after then-governor Angus King.
Here is a photo of Angus.

Your kidding...right? I would figure it would be lucky to make it to Memorial Day.

I hope the Mainers here will back me up when I say that "wicked" is a term from Maine not Mass.
