Looking for adjustable ski poles

I am looking to pick up a pair of adjustable ski poles for both Randi and myself. I am not sure who makes them, but a saw a bunch of people with what seemed like a good pair at MRG last year. Instead of having a telescoping twist lock adjustment, these poles had a spring loaded button that would lock into a series of vertical holes every inch or so. The holes also had a clear rubber gasket over them to prevent freeze up. I think they were made by Leki, but I have not been able to find them online.

The ones with the multiple holes sound familiar but I don't know what they are.

I'm waiting to find some Leki adjustable poles with the trigger straps. That's actually the only gear purchase that I "plan" on making for this upcoming season. Would be perfect for skiing and snowshoeing.

Leki Vision Vario...These suckers run around $200. They have others that have triggers and are adjustable and are cheaper. I gotta poke around for a deal.
