How many days do you expect to ski in November 2008?

A bit earlier than [thread="17823"]last year[/thread], but what the hell. I normally only get 2 days in November and I don't see any reason to expect to get more than that this season, unless there are some fluke dumps and the timing works out. I've discovered it's just not worth burning too many vacation days for early season WRODs. A mid-month and end of month day out would be nice though.

I'm hoping for one good day like last year. But even one sub-par day on snow will do. Anything more than that is gravy.

0-2 days. It depends if I can convince my wife that I need a day trip to Belleayre or Mt. Snow while she works from home while watching my son during the morning before he goes to kindergarten.

WROD's???

I'm hoping for 4 days. The past two seasons it has been 2. While the conditions can be frustrating, I think it's worth it to get out and get the legs under you. I've been somewhat dissappointed in my November numbers for years and am hoping to reverse that trend this season.

At least two. The first would be a day trip to Mount Snow in Early November and the second during Late November somewhere. I might take a ski trip in Late November, but if not, I'll go to Mount Snow for a day trip.

White Ribbon Of Death - When only one trail is open, often without full side to side coverage, and everyone and their mother is there to ski it.

Beat ya. Neener neener. Nice definition though.

I have never skied in November. I'd be happy with 1 day.

Start lining up baby sitters. You WILL ski in November this year. Sundown is going to open by Thanksgiving anyway, so it'll be easy to get a day in. ;)

2 days (opening weekend and day after thanksgiving usually) unless we get some measureable natural snow.

I have Thanksgiving week off from school, so I don't *have* to ski in CT. :D Nice wishful thinking though!

Really? I guess I'll get a third day in November

Brian's kinda stating that tongue-in-cheek, but Sundown always aims for T-Day weekend. Don't recall the last time they pulled it off though. Maybe this year since T-Day is later in the month.

The head of operations has told me that he shoots for turkey day weekend every year, the weather never cooperates with that plan though. :( It was really more of wishful thinking on my part...
