Rossi Freeride (?)

How old are these skis?

I've never used Rossi's before, and am not familiar with the freerides at all.

pretty sure that ski is at least 2-3 years old. I don't remember it being in the catalog either (used to be a ski buyer for a large retailer)...so its likely an SMU, or "special make up" where a large retailer (like TSA) has a ski designed for them for a specific price point. It may also have been a rental ski...looks like its got a rental/demo binding. Either way, its a lower price, lower performance version of a Bandit

Thanks! I hadn't recognized the ski itself either, someone on ebay had a bunch for sale at 10$ plus 30 something shipping.

Would make sense if they where aftermarket OEM remakes.

Been looking for a pair of banger skis, and came across them.

That sounds more likely than the 2-3 yrs old. We get A few pair in every year at our tent sales. Very soft ski.

I was going to say around 2000-2001. The graphics look similar to my old 02 Bandit X's

Yuppers. After a little research, the Freeride X is the 'next model down' beginner/intermediate/rental version of the Bandit X.
