So just give up on making anything better? I'm sorry, but that's a bit of a loser attitude.

Outside of a few people, this isn't whining, this is customers giving feedback on how the skiing experience could be made better. That benefits everybody - management gets to know what would make people happier, and if they don't know what to improve, how can they make stuff better? Heck, even Highway Star is being constructive lately.

Come on the liftie slammed the chair into my legs, That is a stupid complaint. Get a life and get off my mountain for whining.

I wish they would leave the chairs alone.

Stop demoting Pico to the point where it's simply a sidenote to the main mountain.

Oh, and while they're at it, at least TRY to be the first area to go to a 100$ a day ski ticket.

And affordable areas to ski and stay. Last time I called, they basically tried to push me into a 300-400$ a night room at the 'Las Killington Hotel'. Dude, I've got 3 kids skiing with me.

There are alot of affordable places to stay near Killington..

I would like to see them try to stay open late into the spring..wasn't it two seasons ago when Sugarbush stayed open later than Killington and hundreds of K-Mart locals came up to the bush...that was a giant bitchslap for Killington..maybe they lose a few bucks staying open later but it gives alot of good will for the pass holders

High Speed quad on Snowdon!!!!

My list of relatively feasible things to do in no order:

1. Run the SRT at a minimum of weekends Christmas-March and fix the snowmaking on Lower Pipe Dream. (and use it)
2. Snowmaking on Devil's Fiddle used.
3. Clean up the DF Liftline, new trail. (On the same note, some of the glades need cleaning up)
4. Aim for the 2nd week of May.
5. BMMC. Fix it.

EDIT: A few other opinions...
-The village is still not a concept that works for Killington in my opinion. If they want to try to invent a new customer to come to the area, sure...it has some possible chance of stealing a few people. But in terms of keeping the hundreds of thousands that are existing customers and make up the core of their business....it will be a significant negative for them. (such as myself.).

For one, I was reaching at that point to get 5. I probably should have stopped at 4. That being said, ...

If you go to a nice restaurant, do you expect great food but garbage waiters? No, you expect a good experience all around. If Killington wants to have a premium product, than it should extend to the staff. The liftie, more than any other employee, sets the mood of the place. I interact with a liftie every run. When they're in a bad move or being lazy, its irritating. And skiing bumps most of the time, getting the chair accelerated into the back of the knees when your legs are tired really sucks. Lifties can either be buzz killers or buzz sustainers. There have been times when I've moved on from Snowdon even though it had the best stuff on a given day because the Bear liftie was so much better.

From a business standpoint, it makes sense to motivate the people that interact with customers constantly a little. Take an average ski day, and the mood of the lifties can impact whether an infrequent customer comes away with a positive or negative experience. It's a subtle difference, but fairly significant.

I figure civil dialog can't hurt.

I also figure it's the middle of summer and the natives are getting restless. 89 days until November 1...
