The glade between Mine Shaft and Nitro wasn't skiing too bad last week. A little boney but decent! Really not enough snow yet for some decent bumps. That might change by Sunday though.

I'll be there Saturday and I'll let you know. The area got another nice inch to refresh the surface yesterday and we ought to get a few more inches over the next few days. Should be good...

I posted a trip report...didn't get to sample the bumps on TNF but I found some tasty short sections of bumps on Uncles and Big Dipper. If you go it will be fun...but check the weather for wind. Mt. Snow is vulnerable to wind holds.

thanks. i already decided to bag it. from what i've seen at snow, winds are a big issue and i only have about 4 hours to ski so i'll just have to either stay local or wait for another day.

We were at the mountain and had to bag it for Sunday. Wind holds all over the place. As soon as they'd go down, we'd get dressed and then double check, only to find hold back on. We bagged it as it got later and made less sense for the non-season pass holders to purchase tickets.

was there saturday. arrived to 5"- 6" of freshie. snowed all day. somehow ended up at TNF. the bumps were sweet. plenty of pow everywhere. there were some trails with bare spots but all in all it was a great day. decided to head home after saturday since the wind was quite wicked. it was dumping on the way to home. as soon as came out of the bennington pass and entered albany to get to thruway, no snow. today must be the perfect day.

The Hop (off Sundance triple) had some fun bumps on Friday and Saturday. Some grass and dirt but only put 1 minor scatch on the ski bottom. They were getting snow when I left as others have mentioned so it should have only gotten better.

Sunday, especially during the afternoon, was nuts weather wise. Even the regulars in Cuzzins were saying that it had been a longtime since they could remember weather as nasty as it was out.
