I posted about this in the Mt. Snow bump thread but then I saw this one so I'll post again. My home mountain, Hidden Valley, which had been completely groomed my last 3 years as a pass holder, seems to be allowing bumps to form now. Tonight Kurly Kue was completely bumped up and the last couple of times I was there Helenbeck was bumped (tonight Helenbeck was groomed).

I spent a season as an instructor at Hidden Valley in 1988. At that time they used to let the skiers right side of Breakneck form moguls. It was a pretty good winter snow wise and they were there a good majority of the season.

...and in Killington news:

Saw this last weekend. A very welcome addition to Killington's sign collection:

Glenn, I'm 99.99999% sure that Vcunning will post more embarrasing vids of you in a few weeks then what I'm sure is the "cinematic masterpiece" that M took of you in the bumps!

Yep, I'll take care of posting Glenn's video shortly. I know he regrets sending me those photos.

Jeff...it was 10x worse at the end of that run. I was sweating like crazy too.

Can anyone see the video that's embedded in the post or do you have to use the URL? All I see for the embedded on is a Vimeo logo with a bunch of spinning crap...like it's trying to load or something.

Here you go Glenn . . . you just need to hit the vimeo button and type in the 7 digit number between them.

I'm very impressed how you can ski sideways for the first part of the run ;)

Thanks V! I was entering the entire URL. I suck at the internet...that's the second time in two days I suck @ the internet.

That's actually after editing! I technically skied sideways most of the vid. I couldn't figure out how to rotate the vid after the first few seconds...so I had to rotate the the entire thing. HA!

She had me clean out the pockets Sunday after skiing. I refused to remove the leatherman. I swear, that coat wieighs 47lbs on it's own.

Two bump runs at Catamount as of Saturday. They look pretty worked in (although they weren't open for night skiing so I didn't try them) so I am assuming they have been there a while. Sunapee had a bunch earlier in February too. Bumps everywhere!
