Anyone know if there is still somewhere plowed to park near the bottom of haystack? Thinking of heading up there to earn some turns this weekend, but want to make sure there is parking when i get there. Oh and that may car has not been towed when i get back. Seems like the Moo'ver bus doesn't go down there anymore either. -Thanks

I think I recall reading that they have a gate that is staffed and only lets in residents/owners? I was thinking about Haystack earlier today and how it is a shame it is not accessible for earned turns while it is closed. If there is a way to do it on the down low, that would certainly be neat.

For what it is worth, snow is pretty manky in SoVT right now, just so you know.

I don't know where you were but at Sneaux the snow is awesome down to the level at the top of yard sale. So my guess is that haystack would by great for most of it as well although it might be a tough hike up.

I was at Magic on Saturday. Even snow near the summit was manky by noon time. Not sure what Snow has for elevation.

I was still skiing untracked late sunday at Sneaux and it was great except for the very bottom, you just need to know where to go.
