Don't let dmc see the size of that photo.....

After the last time... I won't say anything... don't worry..

I would think the mods would take care of these types of things... As it detracts from the AZ experience for those who use mobile devices or dial up...

So it's you call - not mine..

At Killington, it helps to be older than dirt and retired. If you are younger, you need to have a huge attitude so you can scream at customers for some imagined slight like skiing on a closed trail when the customer actually skied on an open trail.

I agree it is too big. I just tried to fix it but I can't.

browsing experience / speed and screen fit

we limit the size of photos such that pages load quicker and can be seen on a screens without having to scroll in either way. large low resolution photos can still be posted, but the general consensus is that they are obnoxious and should be re-sized.

overall user friendliness for all operating systems is the goal and I believe what dmc is referring to.

Got it. I was thinking along these lines:

I think that you are spot on with this at K. The older folks are extremely nice and polite. I have noticed some of these "younger" guys seem to have a real chip on their shoulder.

I've seen several people in Guest Services complaining about Ambassadors language and attitude. Do the Ambassadors have any "enforcement" authority? Can they pull passes?

Grizzly is nice enough guy. Does he tolerate this type of behavior towards paying guests?

Or cutting the maze when there is no line.

I guess the first question to ask is "Why?"

Many areas have fairly significant commitments to be "Ambassadors" (or what evever tehy choose to call them. Much of the time, you are working, not just skiing. Some resorts, it can be an OK deal, if they are generous and you can get family tickets out of the deal (providing you have family) and other resorts expect you to give up your life for the "privilege" of working for them for free.

As a friend of mine told me, when I first started patrolling, "There's cheaper ways of skiing for free".
