There's lots of ledges, exposed rocks & bumps on the trail to launch & whirl away as many times as you want! Prefer to ski it with a fresh blanket of soft snow.

Whirlaway was one of my favorite trails on my last trip to Stowe a few years ago. Was a nice warm sunny spring day too that day.

Good to know it never got the AIG treatment. I loved the little 3 foot drop right in the middle of the trail.

I love whirlaway! its been a while since I've been to Stowe. I don't recall a 3-ft drop in the middle, but it definitely has rocky features. Maybe it was always filled in when I was there?

I once came through there and found at least 6 people just standing all over the place..paralyzed by the rocks.
Somehow I just aired over them with out crashing..right through the middle.

I remember skiing Whirlaway I think the last time I skied with you and there were many people standing around that rocky outcropping. And the best line was right over it. Much fun and worth the repeat.
