Made it to Hunter on Thurs. 4/10/14 - Was totally AWESOME, spring skiing!! It's about 110 miles, or a 2 hour drive from Binghamton NY area. Ticket prices are now $40. midweek and $50 weekend... But if you have a seasons pass from any other ski area - you get 50% off - So I showed my seasons pass from Greek Peak and got a lift ticket for $20. Got out on the slopes at 10:30 am. Snow was soft and fast. Got a little mushy and a little sticky as the afternoon wore on. Bright Sunny Day and Superb, spring skiing, warm - temp stayed mostly right at 62 degrees. Looks like this Sunday, 4/13, is Hunters last day of the season. There is literally TONS and TONS of machine made base left on most all the trails.
