"let's agree to disagree".
Used all the time in forums like this. Obviously people are going to disagree and have full on arguments. However, using this phrase is often used by one of the parties so that they can "have the last word" in the argument instead of just letting the whole thing go. Rarely, do internet forum arguments actually lead to an successfully changing the of mind of one of the arguers. Once an aguement has run its course, just let it go and stop beating the dead horse (a-la MRG and snowboarders).

I actually use "lets agree to disagree", it can be a good way to mutually end an argument that simply isn't going to die on it's own. I like "whatever" too. A good way to end an argument or discussion and express frustration with it at the same time. A few I hate:
"It is what it is."
"Just sayin"
"Whatevs"
It annoys me when people overuse ..... after sentences.

I don't think it's a big deal..... I do it al the time....
It implies a pause.. Or allows you to jump into the middle of a sentence.... as if your speaking.

We are using the work Ecosystem more and more at work.. As in the entire Ecosystem of the database - all that touches it. It's an easy and cool word that Sales guys latch onto.

Annoying words at my workplace: using "capture" instead of "document" and saying "metric" instead of "statistic". Either of these makes me want to puke.
