What sucks is I'm closer to Giants training camp now then the Jets... :evil:

Can't wait for football to start.. Soemthing to take my mind off the Mets...

SkiDork and Iceman went to Hofstra for the opening day of Jets training camp.

As for the Mets, it has been hard to watch the games the last few days.

Pat Season ticket holder here. My feeling towards the Jets... Well nothing good to say. I have turned into a fair weather game viewer. I go to the early games, come November I'm making turns. The fun part is when my buddy a Jets Season ticket holder comes to Jets/Pats games with me. I have to wear a rain coat even on a nice day. :idea:

I really like this board, and I find a lot of interesting & ski-related material(gasp--imagine that!). Also this seems like a very nice group of skiers. Kudos to Greg for guiding it in this direction.

I know I'm sarcastic sometimes and yes, this post was made in good fun, but shouldn't it also be sort of true? We're all going to know where to go, when to go there, what to eat, where to evacuate, where to score a bargain, what trails are the hardest, etc. It's great!

Missed this thread while on vacation. Thanks for all the kind words, but it's the members here that should receive the kudos. You all are what make this place so enjoyable! :beer:
