So it turns out I bought the College all east season pass and the season hasn't come yet. Normally ok but now that i strained my left knee (happens every couple years) I feel i will not use the pass to it's potential. If anyone's got the skinny on how return-able these are that would be great, because i haven't used it at all this year and form the looks of it will be lucky to hit NH come spring time. Of course I can just call KIllingotn in the morning but maybe a bit of heads up info would be great. Thanks

Best case: you get your money back.
Middle road: they credit you for next season.
Worst case: well, you probably know....

I've heard that they are doing better on customer service. But, considering the conditions this season, it may be best to "go in person" with your arm to prove that you are not having second thoughts because of the weather...

I think that they are going to have you eat the pass this year unless you have a Dr.'s note. This far in the season passes are generally not refundable. They are all probably hurting financially and will stick to their policies. I do not ski at any of the ASC mountains and do not know if they use scanners or not, if they do use them and have not scanned it you may be alright.

Thanks for the words guys! Like i said I have yet to even have my picture taken at Killingotn, let alone use it on the slopes. Unfortunate thing is I stopped going to the doc for my knee several years ago because all I can do is stretch/ excercise it until it's 99% again. Looks like I call and propose a hypothetical situation, if I can't get a def. word I'll plead for credit next year in person early January, when I earm my turns at killington for a 2nighter in town.
Tanks again wish me luck!

Did they offer any sort of optional 'insurance' on the pass?

Depending on your insurance situation, it may be worth scheduling a visit with the doc to verify current status and get written documentation of your current inability to ski.
