I should mention that anyone can propose a gathering. An "official" AZ gathering doesn't have to be something proposed by me or one of the mods. Even a group of 2 or 3 people can be fun, so if you're definitely heading out somewhere on a specific date and would like to have some company, start a thread there.

Have there been any updates to the lifts at Burke? I have not been there in about 4 - 5 years and it was great to be there in that ancient lodge and nice narrow trails. I even went when they opened back up for a day after closing and let people ski for free but the lift was so slow and old....

YES.

Renovated the lower lodge.

New HSQ on lower mountain.

More snowmaking.

Other than that, same old Burke.

Feel free to PM if you want to meet up. Yes, the summit quad is still there....slow as ever, but it does well at keeping the crowds low.
