Yeah, I remember that. I ended up stuck in NYC for a day or few before 90 and 95 were reopened.
It was raining lightly, and I was in a pub w/a few friends, when one stated; 'hey you cant leave tonight, the highways are closed down, it's a blizzard'. I smirked at the joke, and said 'april fools', but the joke was on me..
