Wassup Bill?

SR got their 5 to 7" with minimal NCP, but they also got a big wind hold this morning, huge props came out from those who hung in until 1 PM for lift openings and it is all good for tomorrow.

Wildcat got the same white 5-7+ goodness, not any appreciable NCP, but The Kitty had our usual Windage cluster function at altitude and exposure on the back side of the departing front.

Wildcat stopped lift service at noon on Saturday, so you have to know there will be fresh on Sunday.

Skiied SR today. Not to crowded and would describe the powder as sugar, must of been a fine sleet pellet mixed with snow. Was fast, piled up into bumbs quickly, but seemed heavey to push around.

I was at the River on Sat. Got early runs before lift hold. I posted on the river Board... top gun was amazing. I arrived at 11.15 friday night. About 4 inches of snow at the base of south ridge with a steady sleet coming Not wet not mixed solid sleet. 22 degrees. Really showed no sign of rain, except the crust where it did not get groomed on Friday night /Sat am. If you did not get stuck at White cap and could survive 2 hours of down time you really has a winner of a day. Wildfire was perfect,
