Anyone ski it? Any pics? I've never had the chance to ski it. Never was really able to find it actually. Where does it start? It's on the trail map so I don't think it's a sin to disclose how to access it. What other NE trail does it compare to?

Tomahawk was the best glade I have skied south of Magic Mountain and it is fairly long. Unfortunatly I skied it with my best friend who is a pain in the @ss when it comes to taking pictures so I do not have any of the glade:cry:

I am 50/50 right now with my decision to buy a pass there next season, the drive would be easy from the Manchester area, that place rocks and has alot packed into a small mountain.

After this winter, we have to be poised for a bunch of good dumps in Central New England next season. ;) As you know the B-East skis the best when there is a good natural snowpack. Pass prices look pretty good:

The adult full and "family special junior" if purchased before 5/31 will cost you $558. Not bad....

Hey! That's the same location as my second shot. That's pretty cool! Your conditions looked better though... ;)

Charlemont Rocks

I grew up skiing the $99 season's pass that helped build that area form a bunch of locals and devotes and there is a reason why you see hot racers and some really good natural snow skiers from the Greenfiled rt. 2 area there. Its the best ski area in MA. and I don't work for Ron but I could use some free tickets when I head back east since I don't think I'll ski a lift all year. Support the place it deserves it, and explore it::uzi:

Beast is somewhat of an 'invite only' trail...steepest trail on the mountain, extremely narrow. A few photos on the Berkshire East trailmap section of berkshireeast.com.

Like Rumble narrow? I've seen the BE.com pics. Looking for some others. When are you going to invite me? ;)

Yeah, I see that. They used to have pics of certain trails, I believe as rollovers, ala MRG's online trail map.

Opps...the Conditions page, sorry.

I have some photos of it from when I skied it a few years ago...been awhile...old age and lack of natural snow...trail takes about 2-3 feet to ski and is skied off within a few hours.

I don't know - looks like 25' maybe? That's pretty narrow, especially for southern NE....
