Cool! The more areas open, the more buzz it generates, the more folks that will get out and get on the hill, and the better the industry does!

$15 per person, who can beat that for a learning slope. That is a great deal for never-evers who want to try it out. It's kinda odd isn't it that you have to pay big bucks as a beginner for a (even limited) pass for trails you'll never go on. In fact, never evers seem to stay on the same trail all day anyways.
They should promote this weekend as a "learn to ski" weekend, with reasonable temps -- it would be a good introduction to the sport.

Brettonwoods DOES have some legit tree skiing though. Plus GSS, the way that the trails are laid out/groomed, you can do some Mad Steezy high speed GS arcs!

The trees there ARE fun. Thanks to my girlfriend's job, we both got a free season pass there this year and I hope to take her there as much as I can because I think it's a good confidence building mountain for her. That is, when I'm not skiing at SR, or the Loaf, or Loon, or Wildcat, or....man, I hope I have time to go there.

Bretton Woods is one of my favorites. I love the trails off the Zepher Quad. Hard? No, but they are some of the best cruisers around. West Glade is a great trail. The facilities there are wonderful. To top it off after skiing all day, nothing is cooler then going over and having drinks at The Mount Washington Hotel. Would love to get stuck in a blizzard there if I could only get The Shining out of my mind.
