Chair has been running for two days straight now. It was not for snow makers. Maybe some sort of repair test.

I plan to be there Friday, and yes the chair is still running right now. Wish they also had a webcam at the base so I could see if they have snow down there.
Loon was going to be an option but they had no snow at the base as of this morning.

There is snow at the base. There are small whales appearing. It might not be enough to cover the width of lower cannon though.

So upper cannon and maybe upper ravine off the top or just upper cannon?

Been snowing all day in town, couple inches accumulation, going to freeze solid when storm moves out, good base material.

The cams looked like a decent coating of base builder snow which is exactly what we need. Stuff will open quicker I bet. Hopefully the zoomer pod earlier than last year

Where did they blow last year after opening? Was zoomer next or expand the upper mountain?

All of ravine, tramway would happen first. Maybe Taft slalom as well.

The open trails skied off quickly but the “cannon closed” trails were incredible today. Taft to hard scrabble!
Ravine was good as well. Last run down avy with the wife picking us up was great as well.
That must have been some nice dense snow. Were they pretty relaxed about the rope cutting? Did anyone hike the saddle?

My experience as well. Nice snow. Crowded lodge and moderately crowded trails. Few real lift lines though. Usually 1-2 chair wait. Tramway was amazing early but got skied off.

The start of the day was a little fucked up. Peabody line was up the hill almost to Eagle cliff. Should have had more lanes open instead of one long line. Then cannonball not opening until 10:30 or so.
