Hmm, I guess pick the one that would give you the most trouble conscience wise but you still do it. I'm not sure if a poll can be structured to allow multiple votes. Maybe one of the mods/admins can make themselves useful and correct that. :)

I chose keeping money if found on the ground. I actually don't see it as an ethical lapse so maybe I shouldn't have chosen it. If you just find a bill on the ground with no ID it's yours as far as I'm concerned. If I saw someone drop it I would certainly get their attention and give it back to them. The other ones I could have chosen were speeding and pirated media, these I don't deny. Actually I also have no trouble conscience wise with speeding either, I just don't want to get caught.

AFAIK we can't change the poll type once it's started.

This poll is unethical not only because of lack of choices, but because it isn't public as well

Well, a lapse is a lapse. Posters are welcomed to volunteer how many apply to them or add an unlisted lapse. For example, when we go up to WF, I'm known to grab a handful of splendas and creamers and the occasional disposable salt and pepper shaker from a highway rest stop on the way up.

Stash skiing in prohibited areas (I have run into Patrollers on closed "stashes", as long as I wasn't alone, they were fine)
sneaking on the lifts without a pass (I went to Alpenglow in AK, it was -37, I went into the lodge, they told me to take a run before I bought a lift ticket)
over the speed limit driving (driving the speed limit on the belt way is hazardous to you and everyone around you)

pirating media (I hav copied CD's from other people)
keeping change when undercharged (I HAVE asked, are you sure? )
bringing your own booze into the lodge bar ( I was at the bar at *** and the ****** rep (famous Vodka Brand) came in and brought us some bottles, does that count?)
keeping money (over10$) if found on the ground (Finders keepers... No one around? FWIW, I did see people looking around and asked them, "What are you looking for?" and this from Karma and Mad River Glen)
smoking doobies in a van down by the river (Never been to the river, but been to the parking lot)
under reporting income to IRS (I have an accountant, we pay him well to do his job. We give him the information, he compiles it)
embellishing a resume (No more than any "advertisement')

pirating media..is porn and music considered media..

smoking doobies in a van down by the river..only on days that end in the letter Y
under reporting income to IRS...only if it's cash..
embellishing a resume...well while working the drivethrough at Wendys..I did learn how to handle executive decisions like whether to use 4 strips of bacon or 6 strips..for VIP Baconator customers..

Stash skiing in prohibited areas - Oh Heck yeah!
sneaking on the lifts without a pass - not for the day, but to get to the lift office when I was too lazy to park where I was supposed to.
over the speed limit driving - daily
pirating media - I have copied a few cd's from friends who had tunes I liked
keeping change when undercharged - I usually return what's not mine
bringing your own booze into the lodge bar - nope
keeping money (over10$) if found on the ground - As I stated above, I usually return what's not mine. If I can't find the owner, then I donate to a worthy cause.
smoking doobies in a van down by the river - have never partaken. I have listened to the Doobie Brothers down by the river.
under reporting income to IRS - I have a well paid accountant who keeps me on the straight and narrow
embellishing a resume - Running a family business, I've never had to fill out a resume'.
