This is not my first time in dealing with them. They are one of the best for customer service. I called to get a new liner for my G10mx since it is falling apart. They are sending one to me at no charge. This helmet is over five years old.

Kudos to them.

Good to know, have Two Giros a Talon and a Streif , also got a Briko racing style helmet .....yeah got a helmet collection , i like to switch em to match up with various jackets ... Ok i admit ski wear whoredom

They gave me a free helmet last year after the one I purchased for the season got dented. I was expecting that they wouldn't do anything. I was thinking about picking up a poc Helmet but may stick with Giro now.

i too have had good customer service with Giro. sent new goggle retaining strap for free when i asked them if i could buy one.
