i was talkin to a guy on the chairlift at mount snow who said that haystack is not private anymore. does anyone else know what is going on currently with haystack?

Still private ski area developement stopped. Would be against purchase and sale agreement if went public and would be hard to run a ski area on 250 tickets a day.

but.. I wonder what happens to that purchase agreement since ASC is going to no longer own Mt Snow?? Does this mean that Haystack can go public once again? gotta stir the pot!

I imagine ASC will assign the Haystack Purchase Agreement to Mt. Snow's new owner. If I were Mt. Snow's new owner, I would want that contract assigned to me as part of the deal.
