I think it's obvious peak resorts has xtreme lack of the monies. Lots of red flags. Funding huge projects on funny money. Severe cuts in snowmaking. 0 improvements at any resorts besides the mt blow. Their stock price is comparable to Chinese t shirt manufactures. Big ol pile of poop. New Vail fail pass and ikon pass mowing over these people. They are crossing their toes and figures hoping to be bought out. But no one wants to buy crap
