What a great company. The best guarantee that I know.

I just returned a pair of women's ski pants that I bought for my daughter that she never wore last year. Tags were still on them. She was able to get by with her old ones and never need the larger size. Well, she needs to go from WS to WM now. I returned them and they are sending me the mediums now.

I will not shop anywhere else.

Stopped at their store when I was in Salt Lake City, 1st class operation. Sierra Trading Post doesn't have as good a selection but their Customer Service is great too.

LL Bean gets my vote for the best guarantee. I bought a pair of Mountain Tread hiking shoes in January and they just never broke in and fit right so I wore them much less frequently than a previous version of the shoe. Went on a hike in late August and the damn shoes still were unconfortable and blistered my heel. Took them back to the local LL Bean store and with no hassles at all got a full credit for my prior purchase. Replaced them with an alternate pair of shoes from LL Bean and now much happier.

Yes sir. Lots of SAC/Tramdock/Chainlove charges on the credit card.

But it's such a bargain. You're losing money if you don't buy it.

I have posted about my great service experiences with BC. They have the lowest prices, free shipping options if you buy enough, and great service. Pretty much the best online company I have dealt with. Pity they did not have the Radiums in my size as that is the only reason they lost my business on my most recent purchase.
