(had to steal that title)

Sunapee, Waterville, Gunstock... who will have the "least" crowded experience?

(Although the crowds are probably going to be horrendous most anywhere if Sunday is going to be a rainout - things are getting pretty desparate if I am considering skiing on a Saturday!)

thx

No doubt that will be the best choice, but the kid and I have been twice recently and she is looking for something different. I was going to maybe try 10e again but they are done for the season

Gunstock crowds have been light, even on Saturdays this year. The snow was nice last weekend, hopefully it will hold up. Heading up tonight, hoping to get out on Fri/Sat. Sunday has been written off.

Sunapee was MOBBED last Sunday. 10 minute waits at every lift. And then I heard someone say "Hey - not as bad as it was yesterday.". The skiing was nice with decent coverage and good snow though.

Weather and crowd-wise - go as north as you can.

Cannon sounds like a plan. With all the talk of NCP hear in MA, I don't know how many are going to head North this weekend. I suspect it will not be ober busy.

Stay away from Sunapee, they tend to always get crowded on the weekend. Waterville has been pretty busy the last few weeks and I believe the junior Olympics start this weekend so they probably will have a decent crowd. I second Cannon but Gunstock would be a good option also.

Cannon had a total of maybe 200 skiers on Wednesday.Absolutely empty.I had a hard time finding friends to ski with.Perfect 10 bluebird skies and absolutely stellar conditions. You won't be sorry if you go there.Saturday looks possibly sunny now.

Turns out the kid had other plans anyway, so heading for Waterville Valley Weds. For $17 I can deal with the occasional line!
