The K-1 Gondola and North Ridge Quad are closed for the remainder of today, Sunday, November 24 due to a transformer electrical issue. Green Mountain power is onsite working on the repair however it is significant and will take the rest of day. We anticipate reopening at our scheduled time of 9:00 a.m. on Monday but suggest checking the conditions page for updates. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I checked on the way up the Gondi this morning, no update was posted at 917am. Was still last night's report, great update to keep us all informed. Oh well, whatever. Love seeing kitchen staff standing around just looking at guests.

thank you. i sent their customer service text number a message and heard back from a person after a not unreasonable amount of time. was glad to not be engaging an AI bot via text. they were also of the understanding that parking restrictions begin saturday.

The Reach Around snow affect (wobble) is OUT. The jet stream is flat, so the pesky warm air won't make it up. Forecast for colder weather then colder.

Noon update:
We have dropped the rope for top-to-bottom skiing on Great Northern! Please note that skiable terrain from North Ridge to the base will be ungroomed and recommended for experts only. K-1 Gondola will close at 3:30 p.m. and North Ridge Quad will close at 3:45 p.m. Big thanks to our snowmaking team who had around 250 guns firing away, working hard on making top-to-bottom possible. With the natural snow coming down we will continue to run the guns over the next couple of days, working on Snowdon trail expansion.

Skied 9-1 conditions were great but crowds were out of control. Beginners were flailing around in the fresh snow, people were walking uphill downhill
