Not really. I'm looking for a pair of K2 Pontoons instead as I think I would then be much less likely to be taken to the cleaners and left for dead in a cardboard box by the side of the road in Mineola.

Does anybody have a pair of K2 Pontoons that they'd like to sell to me? If not, does anybody have the address of somebody who owns a pair and their general hours when they are likely to be ouit of the house? I'm not above burglarising property to get my hands on a pair of K2 Pontoons.

Shane McConkey helped inb the design and if my Volant Spatulas are anything to go by, the K2 Pontoon should be epic. Jay Peak will be slaughtered.

I'm also looking for some Marker demo bindings.

Yeah these things should be pretty sick, but I didnt know if they were even released yet. I know McConkey was designing them and they were going to be a huge improvement on "cat tracks" and hardpack unlike the Spats....should be interesting, but honestly i've never seen a dump big enough in the east to warrant something that BIG, and I ski on what i'd consider to be way big for the east..90mm underfoot.

Now...Alaska Heli tours, or some backcoutry touring (although those would be monsters for the hiike in) they'd do the trick prefectly...i figure you need at LEAST knee deep to use those, and while it does happen at Jay, doesnt seem to happen enough for me to have these in my quiver....

They are literally like long snowboards..one on each foot.. :D

I have 3 pair, but I have so much opportunity to use them here in the East I wear them out pretty quick, so I think I better hang on to all 3. Sorry.

Share the wealth, man.
