.....first day of kayaking for me. It was nice. Looking forward to going as much as I can since I am once again close to water!!!!

As in skiing & biking TTB, the better you get at it, the more fun it becomes....and the more interesting water you can handle....
The more you paddle, the more relaxed in the hips you'll become = less flipping over.
