Snow May Be Heavy At Times Tonight And Thursday Morning Before Gradually Decreasing Thursday Afternoon. Total Snow Accumulations By Late Thursday Will Range From 5 To 10 Inches Above 9000 Feet...with Locally High Amounts. In Addition To The Snow... West Winds Of 15 To 25 Mph With Gusts Up To 35 Mph Will Create Blowing And Drifting Of Snow.
