Probably the most interesting weather all season happened Saturday. We got there and it was snowing...and it snowed just about the entire AM. Fluffy, sticky stuff. I think they picked up about 6" of snow between Friday and Saturday. The sun came out briefly in the early afternoon, then it started snowing again.

The skiing was good! Another weeknd of mid winterish conditions at the top of the mountain. Groomers skied well, and the woods off One More Time were a blast. The bumps on Roller Coaster started to form nicely. The Ripper skied OK....the fresh snow helped.

Sunday was awesome! Sunny, no clouds. The only minor complaint was the wind. We flew down Ridge and South Bowl early in the AM. Again, the snow was like mid winter and we just ripped. We then spent some time on the North Face. There were some scratchy spots but the snow was light. The Ripper was tough....icy up top and hard to pick a good line. Hopefully, it will soften a bit for Gladeiator. Roller Coaster was a lot of fun late AM/Early afternoon. Nice soft spring bumps. My wife even jumped in a few times! That was cool.

Mt Snow was supposed to shut April 10th, but they extended things to April 17th. So two more weekends! Wheee!

i was there Sunday, CSC discount $32 ticket.

arrived late and parked at Carinthia. the lift line there was insane. Lines on the main mountain were fine. Canyon was practically ski on late in the day.

Started off skiing the bumps off Canyon Express. After a few runs headed over to North Face. I think Challenger will be incredible if it softens up. Things were too wintery for my taste so i headed back to the main face and skied some the wide & sunny groomers.

Eventually back to the Canyon Express where the bumps had setup nice after the sun and lots of traffic. Lapped there for a bunch of runs and decided to check back on the NF to see if it softened. It did a bit. One ride up a guy suggested the woods off Olympic, which turned out to be a good idea.

Did another run or two down the front and called it a day.

Another busy day for speed traps, especially in MA. Though i saw a couple in CT as well.

Olympic was a fun run yesterday. Really uncrowded. It wasn't bumped up too much, which made it skiable for my wife.

We left for CT around 6:15. Oddly, we didn't see many traps on 91. I used the CC and kept it mostly in the right lane just a tick under 75.

Jay . . . It was great to meet you.

My oldest had about 700 tickets at the last chair. He asked if he could use them later and they said yes. I think he's saving for the lava lamp!
