Mt Snow?

Hi folks...Has anyone from this board been to Mt Snow this week? Looking for some *real* idea as to what to expect for a planned trip up to ski there on Sunday.

The plan is for my son and I to head up there on Sunday, I think the skiing should be okay with spring conditions. They are forecast to get 1" of rain tonight and early on saturday.

The snow report yesterday was funny and included this little snipet:

Today is January 4th and we are six months away from the birthday of this great country as we celebrate.......global warming, anyone got bottle rockets?

I though it was funny, and it put a smile on my face.

Tree_skier lives at Mt snow literally. Send him a pm he sneaks out mid week as well as weekends. Probably working know, but no better reference.

I was there yesterday afternoon.

The north face was great (chute and freefall) pretty firm with a loose surface.

The front was more spring like but still pretty good.

look for more thin spots on sunday.
