WATERTOWN, CT — AlpineZone.com Founder, Greg Blasko announced the launch of COskiing.com Monday. COskiing.com, a new Colorado skiing and riding Web site found online at www.coskiing.com provides objective ski resort information and news, ski reports and snow conditions, a message board, and lodging options for Colorado ski resorts.

Aimed at the local Colorado snow sports community and out of state visitors alike, COskiing.com is modeled after AlpineZone.com, a successful Northeastern skiing and hiking Web site celebrating its 6th year online this December. COskiing.com will fill a distinct Internet void as Colorado's first skiing and riding online community. While researching the viability of such a Web site, Blasko did not find any such Colorado-specific Web sites.

"There simply aren't any Colorado skiing or riding forums out there until now," Blasko said. "Considering the popularity of Colorado snow sports that simply amazes me," he added.

COskiing.com is the first AlpineZone sibling site and its members will quickly realize the benefits of a regional snow sports Web site. Blasko expects COskiing.com to become a large Web community offering members access to a message board and image gallery where they can share ski reports and digital photographs, ask Colorado-specific questions, or simply chat. Non-members will also benefit from ski resort profiles, ski and snow conditions updated twice daily, and online lodging reservations. The site's services are free to all visitors.

"Regional outdoor Web sites are very useful. The inherent specificity of covering a smaller geographical region results in a tighter-knit community. That's not something as easily achieved from a national site," remarked Blasko.

More information is available on the company's websites, www.coskiing.com and www.alpinezone.com.

It's wonderful and very AlpineZone friendly that is a true sibling site! I'm also amazed that you reseached Colorado to discover a much needed skiing and riding site. Perhaps hiking/ice climbing will find a new home on http://www.coskiing.com. This will become one gigantic website!

Greg, all the kudos in the world to you!!
