Here in NW NJ it is 35 degrees, windy and partly cloudy with peeks of sun. No snow to speak of down here. :(

How 'bout where you live???

It is in the mid 30s here and raining still. I did see a few wet flakes mixed in though... :)

Drove home in some wet snow last night...roads were icy from the rain throughout the day though.

Can't believe all the school closing's today (in NH/VT's Upper Valley). Doesn't it snow every year?

Couple of inches of wet heavy snow here. It will be gone by the end of the day. Jiminy Peak is about the same. It's so close.

at 1800' we had 10-12" heavy and wet. No power since 9:30 last night and signs along the tops of the trees that wind is wanting to blow. Trees are very bent over, with many still holding their leaves, making them even more droopy. Schools were open! We're tough!
edit: snow levels drop off to a trace-1" at the Valley floor, approx 800'.

38 degrees, light drizzle, windy here in NE CT.

Also waking up to a damn annoying alarm clock, the tractor and feed wagon outside my window, Imus on MSNBC, blueberry bagel and the pleasant aroma of smokey turnout gear from the house fire yesterday...

Also for some reason my left arm is sore and I have a stiff neck.

And ahh... the bagel was pretty good. And I'm feeling a bit brain dead today. Could you tell?

We got a few inches... But friends up the road got 7"....
Figured maybe the top of the mountain had more...
Got all my gear together and headed over to the hill..
The clouds parted long enough for me to see that rocks were still sticking thorugh the snow at the top... Not going to risk getting slammed...
So I went home... dejected....

My yard... 4" of wet glop... I'll have to do some pruning.. The lilacs took a beating...

Not at this part of the Valley floor. We have 3+ at the base of the Sugarbush Access Road on Route 100. I did notice as I came down from Waitsfield late afternoon/early evening yesterday that it was still rain in Waitsfield and snow in Warren, so maybe that's the difference.
