LUDLOW, VT — Skiers and riders can find lots of ways to save at Okemo Mountain Resort. Lift ticket values, website banner specials and free skiing and riding the first hour every day are on the agenda this season.
VT/NH Resident Afternoon Special: $21
VT and NH residents can ski/ride on Sunday afternoon from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm for just $21 (valid only non-holiday). As an added bonus, ski or snowboard equipment package is just $12.50 and take an afternoon group lesson for just $19.50. Proof of residency (valid VT/NH driver's license, hunting/fishing license, or voter registration card) must be presented at the time of purchase. Holiday dates of 1/16/05 and 2/20/05 are excluded.
VT/NH Wonderful Wednesdays: $39
Vermont and New Hampshire residents can ski/ride the entire day for just $39 on selected Wednesdays in December and March and $29 in April. (Or, $21 half-day from 12:30 to 4 pm). Proof of residency in the form of a valid VT/NH driver's license, hunting/fishing license, or voter registration card must be presented at the time of purchase. Wonderful Wednesday's are scheduled on December 1, 8, 15, 2004.
Okemo Appreciation Days: $39.
Skiers and riders from any state can enjoy an entire day on the slopes at a special price on selected Thursdays in December. Okemo Appreciation Days are scheduled on Thursday, December 2, 9, 16, 2004.
"Try Before You Buy"
It's Back. Every morning the first hour (60 minutes) of lift operation is FREE so Okemo skiers and riders can "check out" the snow conditions before they purchase a lift ticket. Try Before You Buy (first hour free) is only valid midweek, non-holiday from 9:00 am until 10:00 am and on weekends and holiday periods from 8:00 am until 9:00 am. Convenient on-mountain ticketing locations can be found at the Sugar House, Solitude Village, Okemo Base Lodge and at the Jackson Gore Base.
Food Drive Day on Sunday, December 5, 2004
Okemo Cares & Shares are scheduled on Sunday, December 5, 2004. Bring non-perishable food, a new child's toy or new clothing items to the ticket window and ski/ride the entire day for just $35. All donated items will benefit the Black River Good Neighbor Services and needy families in the Okemo/Ludlow region.
