PA Snowmaking!!!

I was going to post this in the "Official Start of Winter" thread, but since this is my first post, and I've been depressed enough on the crappy weather of late, I decided that it deserved it's own thread.

It looks like Camelbak, Blue Mountain and Shawnee have all started snowmaking last night. It will be interesting to see who open first in the Poconos.

Over here in the Laurel Highlands, 7 Springs will be opening the 8th or 9th. Folks hip to snowmaking will recognize (http://www.7springs.com/mountaincams.shtml - squint to see!) the HKD system (developed by the former owner of the resort).

Ski Liberty (way southern central PA) Started blowing snow last night!

Big Boulder is opening on Tuesday at 3pm.

My best friend from my childhood was the instructor of the week @ 7 Springs for 1/23/2006. Glad to see he is having fun!

What PA Mtn will open up first? I think Shawnee, but just because they usually were first in the past. :beer:
