My company has whole departments dedicated to Project Management, known as the Project Management Organization....PMO for short.
The engineers have dubbed them the Piss Me Off's. What cracks my nuts, it a "Project Manager, has zero direct reports, but gets the same bonus I do, yet I have to get all the work done.:angry:
