Interesting move. I would have thought that the old triple would have come out first, but SkyTrac is really kicking some ass in place of any other non-POMA or Dopplmayr option in the US. A few years back they did their third or so install at one of my condos at Heavenly, when they installed a 500 foot long gondi train from the condo center to the base of Stagecoach. They seemed like a fund group of guys and two of the folks were easterners - One from the Loaf.
To see their growing list of installs with lifts is not only impressive, but shows that mountains aren't afraid to invest in a new company that isn't afraid to go up against the big guys. Then again, Skytrac also isn't putting in any HS lift, IIRC. Plenty of room in the service and fixed grip industry if done right...

Rumors I have heard indicate SkyTrak is working on their own HS lift tech. I would expect they will take their time on that, given the issues of Yan years ago in HS arena, a new entrant into that realm will want to test and engineer the heck out of a new system for sure.
