Questions about waterville conditions

My cousin and I are planning on going to Waterville this saturday, we would go sometime during next week but he is in college and doesn't get the break off. So we were wondering, its going to be raining this friday and then freezing the next day ( http://www.weather.com/weather/tenday/USNH0232?from=36hr_fcst10DayLink_undeclared ) I thought I would ask all the people who know about conditions and stuff, how do you think they will be on saturday? Icey?
We really wanna go this weekend, we have been plannin it for like 2 weeks and would hate to wait until next weekend and find out it will be pouring rain all that saturday. Any help would be SOO appreciated

Well, I ski Waterville pretty much every weekend and, like any other ski area, if it rains and then gets cold.....that makes ice! That being said, they'll groom it up real well, particularly for president's weekend.

I'm shooting for going next Monday...hopefully this will give the groomers time to take care of the ice that's left over from the rains later this week.

If you can wait until the following weekend, you may be better off...looks like it will stay cold all next week.
