I'd like to get to Mt Snow this weekend, but I've got a bad foot and am hoping it responds to large amounts of Vitamin I. We shall see....

^^^^^YUMMY...are they still running full price right now?

On their website, it's $49 if you buy online, but it's unclear to me whether or not you have to already have a card to take advantage of that (it's not really explained very well).

Will hit 40 days on Sunday at Cannon. Then we'll close down Cannon the following weekend.

But actually once that season pass 'crutch' ends it's the time of year I finally get to branch out and do more of what I meant to do all season. So I hope to hit Jay, SB, maybe SL, and skin whatever makes sense on any given day. Still hoping to hit my goal of 50 days.

We might hit Jay next week, but it's getting to be biking weather. We are definitely biking Easter weekend.

I think it's cruel that the AZ homepage for a few weeks now has said that an 18 inch dump is forecast. I get my hopes up every time I see it.

Apparently there is a "dry slope" in Virginia that uses Snowflex for its base. I can only imagine how much your feet sweat while skiing during a Virginia summer. It's surprisingly affordable. $7 per hour for peak times.

The catch: It's operated by Liberty University. So no drinking or swearing!

Skin Mt Ellen till there's no more snow.

I've got some Sugarbush quad pack tickets left too.

Sunday: Hoping to make either Cannon, or Sunapee - worst case scenario would be wachusett for a couple of hours.

April 19: Wildcat or Cannon (a birthday present to me!)

Maybe earns some turns at Gunstock when I am up in NH the following weekend with family

Sadly might be done. Had plans to go to Kilington tomorrow but my "partner in crime" had to back out and I decided not to head up alone.

Small chance of going to Killington on Good Friday, after that Easter weekend is going to occupy us with travel to visit family.

After that will be the end of April and by then will most likely be more into the idea of getting on the bike than getting on the skis.

Anybody going to Mt Snow this weekend? Its kind of boring skiing by myself, and my usual cohorts are busy.

Usually Lincoln Peak lifts run as long as conditions permit on a daily basis. Currently there is great snow cover including Castlerock but you never know what can happen over the next few weeks.

Castlerock is done. Yesterday was the last day and it was "mandatory mud" in many places.

I realize after this weekend that plans have to stay fluid! MRG was planned and Cannon was where we went.

I've got days planned at Park City, Alta, and Snowbird. Skiing until Memorial Day at least. Earn your turns after that.
