yes, It might have to do with stabilization on the super steeps. Seems odd for regular skiing, but this dude is clearly not skiing regular "terrain"

I'd like to see his bases after skiing rocks!

I'd love to see what the bottom of his skis look like, they must make mine look new.

I wonder what he's using for wax? I've heard motor oil on the sand works but this is a new level.
