I'm fairly certain Wa-Loaf doesn't gamble but I suspect he'd be up for anything else.
Not about the place being sold, but the possibility of the pass. I thought lawyers were good with details like that? :wink:

Yes, but I think there was a change of topic I was missing....
Don't expect big changes even if Jay is sold to Boyne. For Sugarloaf, they are cleaning the place up and making improvements, but from what I have heard, do not have the skier traffic to make major changes. Not yet, anyways. They are trying to get a Chondola in at Sunday River because it will open up the epicenter to night skiing and later night dinner and drinks at North Peak and South Ridge. It will be a good addition to the river and turn a profit faster than adding a high speed quad to the loaf.

Still sounds like a lease buy back.
From what i heard, same deal as SL and SR. Nothing was final though.

IF it is a lease-back involving CNL and Boyne, I hope they close early and fold Jay Peak into the New England Pass. That would be awesome!

Sounds like you are denying not only the buy-back but also the entire notion of a sale Steve. Or am I misreading this?
